Ideas I'm Trying to Realize

-everyone's eating pattern's are different, there's no such thing as normal
-don't just eat because everyone else is, or because its sitting there
-your body is a temple; it is more important than money. if you are worrying about wasting, worry about wasting your own health.
-eat slowly because you will realize you actually need a lot less food to get full.
