My Progress

Hey! So i officially don't drink soda anymore, and i don't eat fried chicken, hotdogs, nachos, grilled cheese and mac n cheese. My main staples are applesauce, string cheese, mandarin oranges, hummus, pita, basmatti rice, chicken tarna, original sunchips, yogurt, orange juice, tea, pecans, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and mashed potatoes. But I still have guilty pleasures; oreos, monkey mochas, and COSTCO pizza. Overall I need to hike and play morr tennis. So busy, but routines help. Trust me and start one now and you won't regret it later. Also, if you start eating healthy you will soon notice that after about a month it gets easier and a lot of the junkfood you used to eat will seem disgusting. So go ahead and good luck!

A Friend Of Mine

I was talking to a friend of mine who is very health conscious, and he was telling me about some of the things he stopped eating. He never eats corn syrup, microwaveable foods because they kill the nutrients, processed meats and cheeses and things, and soda. He also for health reasons, not moral convictions, became a vegitarian 5 months ago. He has lost weight and feels great, his only concern is he gets hungry ALL the time, but I says he's just a growing boy. Until next time!
