Hey everyone! Guess What? I'm graduating! In addition, I want to pursue a healthy lifestyle, and try my best with minimalism, conservation, and the simple life. Here are my goals for the new school year:
-eat organically and try to start cooking
-get plenty of sleep and don't stress over things
-meditate daily to rest my mind and grow closer to God
-try to sell or give away some of the old things I never wear
-attempt to only buy simple things that keep my life stress free
-find a new passion in some type of physical activity
-find an alternative to eating when overstimulated or understimulated
-start working in the community more often
-avoid using chemicals and processed things on and in my body
-try to take up bike riding and walking instead of driving
-find a way to discover my priorities for a healthy balance
